As first-time homeowners, my partner and I had no real clue what to expect. Not to mention, we had been watching the news and the financial realm seemed to be in shambles. The first time we met she was very patient and understanding. I peppered her with questions, and she was able to answer them all. After the meeting, she researched multiple loan types for us and worked out different scenarios. We even ended up putting down much less money than we had originally planned and were still able to lock in a mortgage payment that would work for our budget. She used the Octane platform to allow us to easily sign documents electronically. I loved that she kept Octane up to date because I was able to easily view the most current loan information so we knew where we stood each step of the way. Jocelyn even came to our closing/signing meeting with the Escrow & Title company! She was a great support throughout the entire process.
